How do I install and activate my license?

Download and install Aura Gaming PC Optimizer from our official website. Once installed, open the app and go to the License Management page. Enter your license key to unlock all premium features. Aura will automatically detect your hardware configuration and apply optimal settings for your system.

  1. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the refund.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  3. Please note that refunds are only available for new customers and are limited to one per customer.

How do I customize optimization settings?

Navigate to the Optimizer page to select which optimizations you want to run. You can choose from categories like Performance, Storage, Memory, Network, and Graphics — or let Aura automatically decide the best combination based on your PC’s specs.

Can I create restore points before optimizing?

Yes! Visit the Restore Points page before running any optimizations.

  • Aura automatically saves your current system state so you can safely revert to a previous setup if you ever need to undo changes.
  • Your new plan will take effect immediately and you will be billed at the new rate on your next billing cycle.

How do I run a full optimization?

Simply click “Optimize Now.” Aura will execute your selected optimizations in real time — freeing RAM, cleaning junk files, and improving responsiveness. You’ll see live progress bars and a summary of results, including RAM freed and junk removed.
